30 Night Comfort Trial
If you are not satisfied with the comfort of your new mattress set, you may exchange your set one time for another mattress set at the current ticketed price and will be responsible for any difference in price plus tax.
There will be no refund of monies if the customer reselects to a mattress set of lesser ticketed price.
All comfort trial exchanges will be subject to a $30.00 delivery charge.
The mattress set being returned must be in a sanitary condition (no stains, rub marks or tears) and have all identifying tags (law tag and model tag) attached to the mattress set. Factory Sleep Shop recommends that the customer purchase a mattress protector to protect the mattress set.
No floor models, adjustable bases, or final sales are eligible for the Comfort Trail.
